Back Office Incident : Issue related to internet provider companies

Dear Customers,

Since this morning at 2:15 a.m., the French national internet network has seen some major delays and slowdowns.

Multiple cable lines have been simultaneously sectioned, generally thought to be acts of vandalism. This has affected the fiber-optic cables of multiple internet providers. This has caused an increase in connection times for all of our services.

The providers’ technicians are fully mobilized and are currently investigating and applying fixes where they can.

We will keep you informed as soon as we have additional information.

    Booking.com [Booking.com] Impact : Failure into integrating reservations from Booking.com

    Reservit is currently experiencing an issue integrating bookings from Booking.com since 1:30PM (UTC hours).
    Our teams are currently working on resolving it.
