Scheduled Maintenance Notice – Temporary Access Interruption

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our services, a maintenance operation is scheduled for the following times:

  • Monday, September 15, from 10:15 PM to 12:30 AM (Montreal time – EDT)
  • Tuesday, September 16, from 4:15 AM to 6:30 AM (Paris time – CEST)

During this short window, access to the Reservit platform will be temporarily unavailable.

Rest assured, no action is required on your end.

Booking.com [Booking.com] Impact : Failure into integrating reservations from Booking.com

Dear Customer,

Booking.com is currently experiencing an issue sending bookings to your Reservit Channel Manager since 6:10PM (UTC hours).
The Booking teams are currently working on resolving it.

If you are not connected to Booking then you are not affected by this malfunction.

  • Dear Customers,

    Our Booking.com partner has informed us that the situation is back to normal since 8:50PM(UTC Time).

    Reservations sent from Booking.com are being integrated normally into your Reservit Channel Manager.

    You can now open the booking channel in your Reservit schedule.

    No further action needs to be taken.
