If you are experiencing difficulties logging in or if the application closes unexpectedly, a simple manipulation allows you to restore the situation immediately. Here is the procedure to follow on your smartphone:

Go to your phone's Settings.

Go to the Applications section (or App Management).

Select the Reservit app.

Click on Storage.

Press "Clear cache" then "Clear data" (or "Clear storage").

Restart the application and log in again.
This operation allows you to reset the temporary files that are blocking access and does not affect your bookings or customer data in any way.
Our technical teams are actively working on a permanent resolution of this incident for a future update.
