[Booking.com] Impact : Failure into integrating reservations from Booking.com

Dear Customer,

Booking.com is currently experiencing an issue sending bookings to your Reservit Channel Manager since 1:15am (UTC hours).
The Booking teams are currently working on resolving it.

If you are not connected to Booking then you are not affected by this malfunction.

We will get back to you as soon as they return.

  • Dear Customers,

    Our Booking.com partner has informed us that the situation is back to normal since 2:15 PM(UTC Time).

    Reservations sent from Booking.com are being integrated normally into your Reservit Channel Manager.

    You can now open the booking channel in your Reservit schedule.

    No further action needs to be taken.

    [Reservit] Réservations Expedia 18/04/2023

    Cher client,

    Nous avons détecté un dysfonctionnement concernant les réservations Expedia qui s'intègraient en surbook dans Reservit entre le 18/04/2023 à 10h45 et le 19/04/2023 à 15h.

    Un correctif a été mis en production et des synchronisations vers le partenaire Expedia ont été lancées le 19/04/2023 à partir de 17h afin de mettre à jour les disponibilités côté partenaire.

    Aucune action supplémentaire n'est requise.
