[Booking.com] Impact : Failure into integrating reservations from Booking.com

Dear Customer,

Booking.com is currently experiencing an issue sending bookings to your Reservit Channel Manager since 1:15am (UTC hours).
The Booking teams are currently working on resolving it.

If you are not connected to Booking then you are not affected by this malfunction.

    Our Booking.com partner has informed us that the situation is back to normal since 2:15 PM(UTC Time).

    Reservations sent from Booking.com are being integrated normally into your Reservit Channel Manager.

    You can now open the booking channel in your Reservit schedule.

    No further action needs to be taken.

    [Reservit] Issue is resolved: Delays in sending of data

    Dear Customers,

    We experienced slowdowns in sending data to our Distributor and PMS partners between 12:30 a.m. and 3:50 a.m. on October 18, 2024. (UTC+2)

    Some prices or availabilities updates were no longer sent in real time to our partners. Therefore, it is possible that certain reservations are integrated out of stock or with a certain delay in Reservit.

    If you received reservations by email during this period, it is necessary to check their integration in Reservit.
