Booking.com [Booking.com] Impact : Failure into integrating reservations from Booking.com

Dear Customer,

Booking.com is currently experiencing an issue sending bookings to your Reservit Channel Manager since 11:35 am (UTC hours).
The Booking teams are currently working on resolving it.

If you are not connected to Booking then you are not affected by this malfunction.

We will get back to you as soon as they return.

    Our Booking.com partner has informed us that the situation is back to normal since 04h48 PM(UTC Time).

    Reservations sent from Booking.com are being integrated normally into your Reservit Channel Manager.

    You can now open the booking channel in your Reservit schedule.

    No further action needs to be taken.

    Servers and systems Reservit - Mobile app

    Dear Customers,

    We have identified that a temporary malfunction is currently affecting access to the Reservit mobile application on certain devices equipped with the Android system.

    If you are experiencing difficulties logging in or if the application closes unexpectedly, a simple manipulation allows you to restore the situation immediately. Here is the procedure to follow on your smartphone:

    • Go to your phone's Settings.

    • Go to the Applications section (or App Management).

    • Select the Reservit app.

    • Click on Storage.

    • Press "Clear cache" then "Clear data" (or "Clear storage").

    • Restart the application and log in again.

    This operation allows you to reset the temporary files that are blocking access and does not affect your bookings or customer data in any way.

    Our technical teams are actively working on a permanent resolution of this incident for a future update.

    Access to the Reservit mobile app has been fully restored for all Android users. If you are still experiencing any issues, we recommend checking for and installing the latest update directly from the Play Store.
