    Booking.com [Booking.com] Impact : Failure into integrating reservations from Booking.com

    Dear Customer,

    Booking.com is currently experiencing an issue sending bookings to your Reservit Channel Manager since 7h30 am (UTC hours).
    The Booking teams are currently working on resolving it.

    If you are not connected to Booking then you are not affected by this malfunction.

    Reservations sent from Booking.com are being integrated normally into your Reservit Channel Manager.

    You can now open the booking channel in your Reservit schedule.

    Back Office [Reservit] Problème d'accès aux services

    Cher client,

    Un dysfonctionnement a été constaté hier, le 22/05/23 à partir de 18h30, ce dernier a impacté l’accès à l’ensemble de nos services Reservit (channel manager, pages de réservation). Nos équipes ont identifié l’origine de ce dysfonctionnement et les services ont été rétablis à 19h00. Aucune action supplémentaire n'est nécessaire.

    A dysfunction has been noticed yesterday, the 22/05/23 from 6:30 pm, this one has impacted the access to all our Reservit services (channel manager, bookings). Our teams have identified the origin of this problem and the services have been restored at 19:00. No further action is required.
