[Expedia] Impact : Failure into integrating rates from Expedia Wednesday 24th January 2024 20:18:00

Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you that the situation went back to normal since late morning on 01/28/2024.

Expedia reservations affected by the malfunction have been reset to the rate including VAT and returned to PMS. It's possible that some Expedia reservations have been deallocated from rooms in your PMS. If this is the case, it is necessary to allocate rooms to avoid overbooking.
