[Reservit] Issue is resolved: Access problem to the back office of Reservit

Dear customers,

We would like to inform you that the large-scale attack of which Reservit was victim between Monday October 21 and Tuesday October 22 is resolved.

Your access to Reservit tools, both front office and back office, is fully functional since October 22 at 1 p.m (UTC).

PMS Connectivities [Reservit] Impact: Failure to send reservations from Reservit Channel Manager to your PMS

We are currently experiencing an issue sending reservations between the Reservit Channel Manager and your PMS since 9h20 (UTC hours) .

Our technical team is currently working on resolving it as soon as possible. We will keep you updated.

If you do not have a PMS linked to Reservit Channel Manager, then you are not affected by this malfunction.
