  • Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you that a large-scale attack, causing a significant overload of our servers by bots, is still disrupting our services. Although our teams have managed to mitigate a substantial part of this overload, the situation is ongoing, and access to your Reservit platform (both back office and front office) remains unstable until full service is restored.

Our technical teams are fully mobilized and working tirelessly to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Rest assured that your data is completely secure and unaffected by this incident. Only access to the services is temporarily interrupted.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding.

    Best regards, The Reservit Team

[Reservit] Issue is resolved: Delays in sending of data

    Dear Customers,

We experienced slowdowns in sending data to our Distributor and PMS partners between 12:30 a.m. and 3:50 a.m. on October 18, 2024. (UTC+2)

Some prices or availabilities updates were no longer sent in real time to our partners. Therefore, it is possible that certain reservations are integrated out of stock or with a certain delay in Reservit.

If you received reservations by email during this period, it is necessary to check their integration in Reservit.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, and thank you for your patience.
