[Reservit] Issue is resolved: Access problem to the back office of Reservit

Dear customers,

We would like to inform you that the large-scale attack of which Reservit was victim between Monday October 21 and Tuesday October 22 is resolved.

Your access to Reservit tools, both front office and back office, is fully functional since October 22 at 1 p.m (UTC).

Expedia [Expedia] Impact : Failure into integrating rates from Expedia

Dear customers,

We are currently experiencing an issue with the integration of reservation rates from Expedia since 10:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time).

Our teams are actively working to resolve this issue.

If you are not connected to Expedia, then you are not affected by this malfunction.

    We would like to inform you that the situation went back to normal since late morning on 01/28/2024.

    Expedia reservations affected by the malfunction have been reset to the rate including VAT and returned to PMS. It's possible that some Expedia reservations have been deallocated from rooms in your PMS. If this is the case, it is necessary to allocate rooms to avoid overbooking.

    [Reservit] Impact: Access problem to the back office of Reservit Accommodations

    Dear Customers,

    We are currently experiencing some disruptions which affected all Reservit services.

    to the back office of Reservit Accommodations since 5:40 am (UTC hours).

    Our technical team is currently working to resolve this incident as soon as possible.

    We will get back to you as soon as we have new information.

  • Dear customers,

    We inform you that the incident has been resolved as of 8:20 am (UTC time).

    Access to the Reservit back office and booking pages has been restored.

    Distributor reservations have been recovered. Recovery was completed at 12:00 pm. For these reservations, which are automatically integrated into Reservit, you don't need to take any action in your PMS software.

    If you notice that some reservations received by e-mail between 6:05 and 8:20 have not been automatically integrated, you can go to the Hotelbeds and Expedia extranets to compare and manually integrate the reservations not present in the PMS.
